Public Notice: Rockbridge Rd. Overnight Closure
ROCKDALE COUNTY, Ga. – In an effort to accelerate the corrective work on Sigman Road Phase II Widening and Multiuse Path Construction Project, the Rockdale Department of Transportation (RDOT) announced there will be a closure to Rockbridge Road for one night. Only the section of Rockbridge Rd. on the northside of Sigman Rd. will be closed.
The closure begins the night of Thursday, February 16 at 8 p.m. and will reopen by 5 a.m. on Friday morning, February 17. Detour signage will be place prior to the closure. Uniformed officers (e.g., State Patrol) will be onsite to provide traffic control support.
Expect minor impacts to the Stepping Stone subdivision off Travers Creek Trail.
